Paul Forshaw
CEO, Future Growth CapitalPaul joined from Schroders to lead the Future Growth Capital business. Previously, he was Schroders’ Head of Strategic Partnerships, Global Head of the £150bn insurance client business, and a member of both the UK and global distribution management committees. He also serves as Chair of Schroders Pensions Management Limited.
Before joining Schroders in 2007, Paul managed fixed income businesses at ABN and BNP, having begun his fixed income career at Goldman Sachs. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with UK managers of insurance and pension investments, developing a deep understanding of the complex investment, operational, and regulatory challenges facing the pensions industry. Paul brings a collaborative and problem-solving approach to helping clients achieve their long-term objectives.
He holds a BA in Modern History from Oxford University and a Certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School, London.
