Kristina Foster
Head of Real Estate DebtKristina is the Head of Real Estate Debt at Future Growth Capital, bringing over 25 years’ experience in European real estate markets. She leads FGC’s strategy for real estate debt investments, focusing on sourcing, structuring, and executing high-quality transactions.
Before joining FGC, Kristina was a Fund Manager at Schroders Capital, where she managed Schroders' UK Real Estate Debt Fund, directly originating, structuring, and executing unitranche transactions.
Prior to Schroders, Kristina was a Managing Director at Barings, playing a key role in deploying over €3 billion across the real estate debt capital stack. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at RBS, where she was notably involved in the Non-Core Restructuring/Workout team following the 2008 financial crisis.
Kristina is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a degree from Nottingham Trent University.
